Treat yourself to a timeless escape in this magnificent 12th-century mill, tastefully renovated throughout. Nestled in nature at the foot of the majestic Sainte-Victoire mountain, this stone cottage combines authentic charm with modern comfort in a peaceful and unspoiled setting. Independent and surrounded by nearly 10 hectares of olive groves, the house boasts a large private outdoor space: a spacious gravel courtyard, garden furniture, relaxation areas, and a heated swimming pool with a rolling deck, counter-current system, and hydrotherapy jets (10m² pool, 1m deep). Just a short walk away, let yourself be soothed by the murmur of the Bayon stream and discover a charming waterfall just 300 meters away on the property. Facing west, the cottage promises spectacular sunsets over the Sainte-Victoire mountain every evening. Inside, the atmosphere is calming and elegant: on the ground floor, a comfortable living room with a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen (4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer) with a welcoming dining area. Upstairs, two bright bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, offer comfort and privacy with quality modular bedding (two 90x200cm beds that can be joined to make a 180x200cm bed in the first bedroom, two 90x190cm beds in the second bedroom). Bed linen, towels, and fiber optic Wi-Fi are included for a worry-free stay. Private parking is available on site, and electric vehicle charging is available upon request. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. End-of-stay cleaning is optional. An electricity allowance of 100kW per day is included in the rental price; any consumption exceeding this will be charged at cost (meter readings will be taken upon arrival and departure in your presence).
