Accessed via an internal staircase from the living room, the three bedrooms on the garden level, including a master bedroom with its own shower room and private toilet, a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds, open directly onto the garden terrace.
The bedrooms face west and benefit from natural coolness due to their orientation and semi-underground location at shower room level. They are equipped with fans for hot weather and mosquito nets.
A separate shower room and toilet are also on this level.
There is no air conditioning on this level.

Its private garden, complete with a terrace facing the Sainte-Croix lake, invites you to relax outdoors with breathtaking panoramic views, offering a restful setting for magical moments.

At the end of a dead-end street, the Villa has direct access to hiking trails and parking for two cars along its entrance façade, ensuring tranquillity and convenience.

Your arrival is scheduled for 4 p.m. Depending on the availability of our contact person in Aiguines, you will either be welcomed on site or you can check in independently using our secure key box. Departure is before 10 a.m. and can be done independently.
