Accessed via an internal staircase from the living room, the three bedrooms on the garden level, including a master bedroom with its own shower room and private toilet, a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds, open directly onto the garden terrace. The bedrooms face west and benefit from natural coolness due to their orientation and semi-underground location at shower room level. They are equipped with fans for hot weather and mosquito nets. A separate shower room and toilet are also on this level. There is no air conditioning on this level. Its private garden, complete with a terrace facing the Sainte-Croix lake, invites you to relax outdoors with breathtaking panoramic views, offering a restful setting for magical moments. At the end of a dead-end street, the Villa has direct access to hiking trails and parking for two cars along its entrance façade, ensuring tranquillity and convenience. Your arrival is scheduled for 4 p.m. Depending on the availability of our contact person in Aiguines, you will either be welcomed on site or you can check in independently using our secure key box.
