Villa Marie-Louise is a 140 m² house located in Carqueiranne, in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood. It features a secure (with alarm) 8m/4m outdoor swimming pool, a large terrace with sea views, and a lush garden that keeps you cool in summer. The first floor comprises a bright living room with bay window opening onto the terrace, a dining table for 6/8 people, a fully equipped kitchen directly onto the terrace, and two bedrooms (with sea and garden views) with private bathrooms (Italian-style showers). Upstairs, in a cosy basement, 2 beds of 90; a TV corner and a computer table provide additional space for relaxation. The villa is fully air-conditioned and just a 10-minute walk from the port, shops and beach. Deckchairs are available for relaxing... Carqueiranne and the town of Hyères are bustling with life: night markets, open-air cinema, exhibitions, etc. There are great walks and bike rides for all levels, and boat trips with a wealth of wildlife...
