Responsible linen management: The hotel takes care of its linen in-house thanks to its own laundry, which significantly reduces its carbon footprint by limiting transport. Discarded linen is donated to the Esat Avath mechanical workshop in Toulon to be turned into rags. Clean linen with minor imperfections is given to La Fibre Solidaire, a social integration association created by the Secours Catholique charity in the diocese of Aix-en-Provence, Arles and Istres, and is mostly used in accommodation centres. Biodiversity and local production: Five beehives have been installed in the hotel garden for the past six years. The honey produced is served at breakfast and sold in the hotel shop. Promoting local products: The hotel offers biscuits from the Castellane biscuit factory in Aubagne at its breakfast buffet, which are also available for purchase in its shop. Local partnership and circular economy: The hotel also works with Le Savonnier des Calanques, a local artisan, to produce its washing-up liquid. This is made from orange peel collected during breakfast service, thereby recycling food waste while supporting regional expertise. The hotel also sells these local products in its shop.
