Long-stay gîte located in the heart of the village of Molines, at the foot of Col Agnel, a stone's throw from St Véran and a 5-minute walk from the ski slopes. Various meal options are available, as well as all-inclusive sports packages!

In this old hotel, tastefully renovated, you will find a friendly and relaxed atmosphere as well as a cuisine where flavors are mixed. Carole favors local and seasonal products (if you have food allergies, please tell her the day before or the morning of your arrival!)

The location at the foot of the Col Agnel and 200m from the ski area makes it a privileged place to practice outdoor sports in peace and quiet far from mass tourism.

The spacious and luminous rooms are all equipped with private sanitary facilities (WC/bathroom) with for the most part a balcony access with a view on the mountain.

The Val d'Azur offers you spaces with :
- 1Room with double bed (1 or 2 persons) or 2 single beds.
- 2 communicating rooms with 4 single beds (2 to 4 people)
- 1 Suite with a double bed room and a room with two single beds + living room (2 to 4 people)
* 1 private dormitory for 6 people, ideal for groups.

The large living room is a friendly and bright space with a fireplace. A bar / lounge is also at your disposal to taste local products and drinks.
In winter the sauna is open from 5pm.

The Val d'azur is also a mountain bike and snowboard resort.
You have a day, a weekend or a week, take advantage of our quality sports services.

Benjamin, mountain bike guide and independent snowboard instructor will guide you in summer and winter.

The arrivals are assured from 5 pm.

At an altitude of 1800 m, Val d'Azur is the ideal pied-à-terre for mountain lovers in summer and winter alike. Located in the village of Molines, it's just 5 minutes from the nearest ski slopes. In summer, whatever your level of fitness or desire, there's no shortage of excursions into the unspoilt Queyras countryside. The 9 comfortable rooms are equipped with private bathrooms and toilets. Some have balconies with magnificent mountain views.

The dining room is a particularly warm place, with traditional Queyras furniture. Meals are homemade with fresh local produce. Comfort is not limited to the table: a sauna is available for relaxing after a day's sport.
