We're delighted to introduce you to our Pinsa romana offerings! Enjoy this new pizza product in an exceptional setting facing the Arènes d'Arles.
The dough is prepared by us from a blend of durum wheat, rice and soy flours made in Rome. This combination produces a highly hydrated dough with a long maturation period (24 hours), making pinsa both soft and crunchy, and particularly easy to digest.
And for the filling, we use top-quality Italian products and fresh local seasonal vegetables.
