Located on the road to Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, Le Flamant Rose has been welcoming visitors for over 40 years. The establishment's emblematic sign underlines the territorial roots of this hotel-restaurant, which actively defends local values. Frédéric Lacave, Master Restaurateur and member of the Conservatoire des Cuisines de Camargue, deliberately supports local production and makes the most of the region's eco-labelled products.
His dishes combine the sunshine of Provence, a passion for the land and the traditions of the Camargue. Roast eel from the Vaccares, bull's steak with shallots, round, red or black rice... Frédéric Lacave's cuisine is the expression of a terroir that renews itself with the seasons.
