This restaurant near the town centre was opened by Pierre Chatelain, well-known for his first restaurant "l'Alcôve" (also in Aix-en-Provence). The menu has developed around the idea of a restaurant for sharing and conviviality.
All the ingredients are organic or from local responsible agriculture and everything is home-made.
As well as the dining room, it has a terrace that is always a welcome spot in summer, in the shade of the plane trees.
