Le Jardin Secret is the restaurant of Lou Calen, an old building in Cotignac steeped in Provence, now restored as a charming eco-responsible hotel.
Set amidst vineyards and olive groves, Benoit Witz has chosen to cultivate the charms of authentic, local cuisine. An adept of sustainable gastronomy, he favors local produce, which he selects from a radius of less than 60 km.
By renewing his menu every day, the chef gleans all the flavors and scents of the midday season. He highlights tastes and reinvents traditional recipes to offer his guests original, generous dishes.
