The room, housed in the house's former stable, has retained its Italian-style vaulted ceiling. Its larch wood floor adds warmth and originality. We cook with local, organic produce from the Queyras and Hautes-Alpes regions.
You will be able to enjoy them while tasting a raclette, a fondue or our menu of the day (vegetarian menu once a week).
Reservation is recommended.
We also offer you take-away meals every evening by reserving by phone.

    If the charm of La Baïta du Loup lies in its strong Alpine identity, its restaurant also contributes to the change of scenery. Housed in a former stable, the dining room has retained its stone vaults and larch wood floor. The rustic decor exudes a warm authenticity that perfectly complements the chef's cuisine. What better setting to enjoy a Bleu du Queyras fondue or an Estoilies tomme raclette? From the round of cheeses to the local charcuterie (but also meat, vegetables, drinks...), all ingredients are carefully selected from local producers and organic farmers.
    It's the perfect way to immerse yourself in Queyrassin culture and flavors.
