The Hôtel Le Hameau presents its pop-up summer restaurant, “La Mia Cucina”, to be enjoyed in the heart of the hotel’s gardens. Nestled amongst the white houses and flower-lined paths of this authentic old village hamlet, a romantic little spot lined with orange trees and lulled by the song of cicadas. Home-style cuisine crafted from fresh, high-quality produce sourced from our regions and Italy, conceived and prepared with passion. Mara and Antonello, the owners, look forward to welcoming you to enjoy refined home-style cuisine, conceived and prepared by them personally, with a deep passion for Italian produce. A true culinary journey through the Italian region of Piedmont, the owners’ homeland. On the menu, all of Mara’s culinary passion: ravioli del plin, Fassona fillet, aubergine parmigiana, vitello tonnato, bagna cauda… depending on what’s available at the market. Fresh, high-quality produce sourced directly from Italian producers. Le Hameau’s wine cellar and Antonello’s recommendations will delight your palate.
