Behind its old walls, the Ferme-Auberge offers "wine" catering in a sober, modern setting. The chef prepares his menu using vegetables, fruit, olive oil and eggs from the estate, as well as carefully selected local produce. And, of course, all accompanied by organic Côtes de Provence from the Château.
