L'Après Ski offers gourmet dining, a south-facing terrace, and an authentic interior. Breakfast, lunch, bar, afternoon snacks, dinner. The menu changes with each season, crafted by our 2-Michelin-star consultant chef, named Chef of the Year in 2012. Homestyle cooking featuring carefully selected, high-quality ingredients. Our terrace counter serves pizzas to eat in or take out. Live jazz starting at 7 p.m. on Wednesdays and Saturdays. L'APRÈS SKI is located in a chalet in the heart of Vars 1900, a unique setting facing the Écrins slopes.
