Established in the 1930s, L'Auberge d'Eygliers is a genuine bistrot de pays, located on the main Briançon-Gap road for a relaxing stopover. Formerly a grocery store, the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner all year round.

The hearty cuisine is traditional, often awakening the madeleines de Proust of our childhood. The seasonal menu and lunchtime menus feature local produce.
In the evening, especially in autumn and spring, the vaulted dining room offers a cosier, more intimate welcome and service.
Lunchtime service starts at 12:00 and evening service from 19:30 until 21:00. We offer two lunch menus: the first at 14 euros (starter, main course or main course, dessert) and the second at 20 euros (starter, main course and dessert). The menu is revised according to the season. Exhibitions by local artists, both professional and amateur, are displayed throughout the restaurant.

From producer to plate! At the Auberge d'Eygliers, only short circuits are used. Each day's menu is inspired by the resources of local farms and cooperatives.
"Authenticity, quality, proximity" is the philosophy of this sincerely committed Bistrot de Pays. Here, serving traditional, local cuisine also means choosing to support local farmers, breeders, winemakers and artisans. Respecting the cycle of the seasons and fighting against waste by reducing, recycling or sorting waste also means acting for a more sustainable development of the region.
That's why all its products carry the "Hautes Alpes Naturellement" label. That's why you can discover the true taste of Queyras and the mountains at our table.
