The hearty cuisine is traditional, often awakening the madeleines de Proust of our childhood. The seasonal menu and lunchtime menus feature local produce.
In the evening, especially in autumn and spring, the vaulted dining room offers a cosier, more intimate welcome and service.
Lunchtime service starts at 12:00 and evening service from 19:30 until 21:00. We offer two lunch menus: the first at 14 euros (starter, main course or main course, dessert) and the second at 20 euros (starter, main course and dessert). From producer to plate! At the Auberge d'Eygliers, only short circuits are used. Each day's menu is inspired by the resources of local farms and cooperatives.
