In the heart of the gorges, the restaurant at the Hôtel des Gorges du Verdon, perched on its hilltop, offers a 360° view of the mountains and the village of La Palud. Our chef offers high-quality cuisine made from local produce.

Local and friendly, in a picturesque rural environment, an address whose simplicity we can enjoy. A little gourmet break away from the main roads, a cuisine full of freshness, whole-heartedly Provençal with a must: the lavender-vanilla-honey ice cream with Farigoule liqueur!

Perched at an altitude of almost 1000 metres, our hotel-restaurant is the continuation of a fine family tradition, now in the hands of the third generation. Here, in the heart of the majestic Verdon mountains, we've always cultivated the art of entertaining with simplicity and warmth. In our restaurant, chef Sandrine Gorce offers family-style cuisine, made from the heart, inspired by the flavours of the land and the produce of our local producers. Faithful to a locavore approach, we honor the richness of our region, so that each plate tells a little of our history and our mountains.
