In the heart of the village oef Gigondas, under the shady branches of the century-old plane tree, Chef Cyril Glémot offers gastronomic cuisine with a southern accent, reflecting the specialties of the seasons. Friendly, warm atmosphere, elegant setting in a comfortable home.

Magnificent terrace on the village square. Our sommelier - maitre d' offers a wide choice of Cotes du Rhone and Gigondas wines to go with your meals. Wine by the glass or bottle, over 40 Gigondas wines.

At the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, the winegrowing village of Gigondas combines the reputation of its robust wines with that of a remarkable and acclaimed restaurant.
The L'Oustalet restaurant serves a subtle cuisine of extreme freshness, imbued with the perfumes of the terroir. Set in the shade of plane trees and an old olive tree, the terrace promises exquisite tastings.
For the chef, environmental concerns are a real issue. That's why the menu gives pride of place to plants. Products are selected according to their cultivation, breeding and fishing methods. Recycling, packaging and the treatment of food waste are also taken into account, all governed by the desire to promote more sustainable gastronomy.
