- Overlooking the Place d'Armes, close to the church, the restaurant's terrace is shaded by eucalyptus trees. As for the vast dining room, it is sheltered under a veranda dating back to the very beginning of the 20th century, when the establishment was built. Chef Benjamin Dufossée's cuisine is a blend of land and sea. Each month, he reinvents the menu according to the arrival of seafood and seasonal fruit and vegetables. Attentive to the quality of the produce, he prepares dishes that are both authentic and inventive.
