The Bistrot "Chez Thomas" welcomes you seven days a week in Valréas, in a friendly, family atmosphere, for a coffee, tea or aperitif of your choice, depending on the time of day. A wide choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is on offer. You'll also be able to enjoy simple, affordable market and bistro cuisine. The restaurant also offers "à l'ardoise" menus, so that gourmets and gourmands can discover authentic cuisine. Treat yourself to a gourmet lunch. The slate features classic dishes such as the escargot platter, guiche gourmande with two salmon varieties and spinach, blanquette de veau, onglet de bœuf with Roquefort sauce... For dessert, try a poire au vin, baba au rhum, carrot cake...
