With a passion for fine chocolates and artisanal ice cream, Patrice Sciortino has been an artisan chocolatier and ice cream maker since 1987 and founded Choco Glaces in Sanary-sur-Mer in 1999. We are delighted to share our expertise with both the general public and professionals. A large portion of our production is distributed to businesses, but we are happy to welcome individual customers to our three shops, and to a fourth location starting in January 2020. Whether online or in-store, we offer boxes of chocolates, spreads, and house specialties such as the Pavé de Sanary.
