Stretching, bodybuilding, dance, and fitness classes that emphasize mental and physical fitness can be taken at home or through Zoom remote learning.

At EviDance, I provide weekly or sporadic group sessions at clubs or dance schools, but I also arrange private lessons at home or virtually via Zoom.

Street Jazz (for those aged 12 and up), Street Girly (for those aged 16 and up), ContempoFusion (for those aged 12 and up), Contemporary (for those aged 8 and up), Classic Floor Bar (for those aged 12 and up),
Muscle strengthening (for those aged 12 and up), Stretching (for those aged 8 and up), Improvisation (for those aged 8 and up), Fitness (for those aged 50-60 and up), and Dance Awakening (for those aged 4 and up, but only in-person).
Through dancing, in a supportive, challenging, and lighthearted setting, I hope to help people restore their self-esteem, get back into shape, and feel good about themselves through these private lessons. In addition to the technical, creative, and "gross" elements of dance, I also think it's important to share this athletic art on a human level.

I visit the student's house to conduct the session or lessons following a first meeting to build rapport and trust. Actually, you may enroll in a single class or cards with five or ten classes.
