Artisanal ice cream parlour on the prestigious port of Saint-Tropez.

Created by Céline and Olivier, J.O 1946 is the brainchild of two ice cream enthusiasts. They embarked on this adventure to give new life to recipes dating back to 1946, created by Joseph Risso, who used to sell his ice creams from a small caravan on the promenade of Sainte-Maxime. Come and discover our different ice cream flavors, including organic fruit sorbets, 1/2l, isothermal boxes, bubble teas, Franui (raspberries, coated in dark or milk chocolate) and, new for 2026, delicious strawberries with chocolate and pistachio coulis.
