L’Herbier des Alpilles, created by Martine Bédikian in May 2007 in Mouriès, is an old-fashioned delicatessen, full of aromas and pleasant with its warm wooden interior.

Martine Bédikian sells medicinal plants, tea, coffee, spices and chocolate. Since 2008, she has been offering conferences, workshops and introductory courses throughout the year to raise awareness of medicinal plants and wild plants in the Alpilles, supported by her photographs.
