O comme Olive is the boutique of the "Olivier d'Apt" mill. Sale of the mill's olive oils and quality local products: honey, small spelt.... Free oil tasting and tour of the mill.

Olive oils extracted exclusively at the mill from olives grown in the Pays d'Apt. The majority variety is Aglandau, which produces highly aromatic oils. Fruité vert, fruité noir, oils flavored with lemon, truffle and rosemary.
