In a magnificent setting, we delight in the treasures offered by nature and tread the snow with delight, appreciating its unique sensations. Each outing is unique, a personal response to what inhabits us. It is an initiatory journey.

A step into nature is a step towards oneself. It is also always a meeting with Ourselves that we journey towards.

For a breath's time, we can lay down our burdens, to simply focus on our Awareness of Being Here and Now. What Emotions are flowing through me? What Sensations in my Moving Body? How does Life flow within me?
