Escape into nature with Sarah on a snowshoe outing. Walking in the great outdoors provides a moment to relax, breathe in harmony with your steps, and awaken your senses.

All summer long, Sarah offers a weekly “Nature & Well-being” programme. Subtitle: “A step into nature is a step toward yourself.” Monday: “Little Creatures!” – Meeting the tiniest inhabitants! A fascinating world! (Observe) 9:30–11:30 AM & 3:00–5:00 PM €30/person | €25 for children under 12 | From age 5 Tuesday: “Plants, Nature, Life Balance” – Edible and medicinal plants, symbiosis; nature speaks to our fundamental needs. (Understand) 9:00 AM–12:00 PM & 2:00–5:00 PM €30/person | €25 for children under 12 | From age 7 Wednesday: "Barefoot!": A wellness walk in a gentle and enchanting natural setting. (Feel) 9:00 am – 12:00 pm €30/person – €25 for children under 12. Ages 7 and up. Wednesday: "Meditation and Energies": Learn to sense and connect with healing energies. (Perceive) From 7:00 pm €25/person – €20 for children under 12. Ages 7 and up. Thursday: "An Initiatory World": Step into a world where everything you see will shed light on your life path. (Integrate) 9:00 am – 12:00 pm & 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm €30/person. Ages 12 and up. Sarah also offers a special full-day experience every Friday: "Totem Animal – Following Its Footsteps, Discovering Yourself": Meeting your totem animal is a transformative experience. Meditation, sharing circle, nature walk, and a communal meal. 9:00 am – 4:00 pm €45/person. Ages 12 and up. "This immersive experience in nature awakens our perception of our environment and our moving bodies. In a magnificent setting, we delight in the treasures offered by nature and tread the snow with delight, appreciating its unique sensations. Each outing is unique, a personal response to what inhabits us. It is an initiatory journey. A step into nature is a step towards oneself. It is also always a meeting with Ourselves that we journey towards. For a breath's time, we can lay down our burdens, to simply focus on our Awareness of Being Here and Now. What Emotions are flowing through me? What Sensations in my Moving Body? How does Life flow within me? Letting the Inner Child be Free and Spontaneous, joyfully marveling at the direction our steps will take! Nature always teaches us. What message will I perceive today?
