In each of our creations, you’ll find the authenticity and high standards of our recipes, inspired by local regions and their finest ingredients. Fine, aromatic cocoa, crunchy hazelnuts, tender praline, rare fruits: all these ingredients come together to create a subtle blend of flavors.
As a chocolatier-grower, our house crafts recipes primarily using beans from our plantation in San Fernando, Ecuador, and hazelnuts from southwestern France.
