The Cookies de Provence, a unique creation made in La Ciotat
The Provence brand, whose ambition is to promote the Provencal territory and the savoir-faire which characterises it, has developed a collection of by-products from local artisan productions. Among the partners chosen by the Provence brand is Maison Craquelin, specialised in the making of hand-made biscuits. To celebrate this culinary collaboration, Maison Craquelin has developed a recipe for an unusual cookie which associates two typically Provencal ingredients: almonds and apricots. When you bite into it, you’ll get the sweet crunchiness of almonds which blend perfectly with the fragrant, sugary taste of apricot.
