Ingredients for your homemade face cream:
- 36 g Damask rose water
- 9.25 g musk rose oil
- 0.6 g cocoa butter
- 0.6 g preservative
- 2.5 g emulsifier
- 0.15 g guar flour
- 1 drop lavender maillette essential oil
- 2 drops bergamot essential oil
Recipe
- Weigh the emulsifier and cocoa butter then place in bowl nr. 1
- Weigh the guar flour then add to bowl nr. 1
- Add the musk rose oil to the preparation
- Pour the Damask rose oil into bowl nr. 2
- Weigh the preservative and add to bowl nr. 2
- Place bowls 1 and 2 in a bain-marie (65°C or hotter)
- Pour the contents of bowl nr. 2 into bowl nr. 1
- Mix well to obtain a smooth mixture (2 minutes approx)
- Place the bowl in a cool bain-marie (under 40°C) and continue to mix
- Once cool, add 2 drops of bergamot essential oil and 1 drop of lavender maillette essential oil, then mix well
