The concept seduced talented pizzaiola Émilie during a trip to the pizza capital Naples. On her return, she founded “Fritta Nostra” with her twin sister – a restaurant based in Toulon specializing in pizza fritta. Deeply attached to authentic Italian flavours, the two entrepreneurs use only fresh, top-quality ingredients, mostly sourced directly from Italy.
