The “Le Duo” stay is mostly on trails with a few single-tracks, to keep the territory’s “DNA” alive. It is accessible to all with no major difficulties. A holiday with your GPS. Starts from the Office de Tourisme et Base VTT du Val de Durance for two days of mountain biking on out-of-the-ordinary routes. In Château-Arnoux in the morning you can leave your luggage (1/per person + toolbox). Remember to take a picnic for the 1st day. From 2 pm installation in twin or double room at the gite d’Augès, all-in athletic dinner, breakfast and lunchtime picnic basket included. Extra cost for single room +€15 per person. Maximum 15 people.

Please note: sheets and towels included, shower in the room, toilet on the landing. Valid every day of the year!

    Fat Bike at la Colle St Michel

    Want to discover the mountains in a different way? You can do it with a fat bike! Take a specific type of mountain bike with extra-large tyres suited to snow-covered paths, breathe in fresh air and set off to discover our beautiful nature with the family or with friends on a Fat Bike ride or a guided ride. You’ll get your fill of thrills! This winter, you can enjoy the Nordic sites of Allos and La Colle Saint-Michel which have new trails accessible to Fat Bikes. Pierre Mounier, a local certified mountain bike guide will take you off on a discovery of these preserved areas where you will get a new taste of the mountains on a fat bike. For this stay, you will stay in an establishment which has been approved by the national brand Accueil Vélo. You will be able to enjoy dedicated services (bike shelter, bike cleaning, information on the itineraries, etc.) and you will be well looked after.     Between hills and plateaus, lakes and rivers, these guided outings will take you through landscapes with a thousand colors and scents, guaranteeing you challenges, elevation changes, and plenty of riding pleasure! 04 Cycling Tour is a company created by Delphine Reinert, an experienced cyclist trained in postural analysis, holding a certificate as a “Leisure Sports Animator,” a physical trainer, and educated in sports nutrition. The Durance Luberon Verdon Tourist Office has partnered with Delphine to offer 3 outings per week from July to November. The outings are tailored to different levels: “small gear” on Wednesdays, “medium gear” on Saturdays, and “big gear” on Sundays.
