Saint Joseph Chapel, nestled between La Roche and Saint Dalmas Valdeblore

St. Joseph’s Chapel is located above the road, just before the hairpin turn, on the way up from La Roche Valdeblore. Tucked away between St. Dalmas and La Roche, St. Joseph’s Chapel hosts the “Patroucino” every May 1—a gathering of Valdeblore’s three penitential brotherhoods. This event used to be held at the Chapel of the Trinity, which was destroyed during the construction of the departmental road. The chapel has been restored.
