The Lemon Grove, located on the side of the hill of the Annunciade, has a very favorable exposure to the blossoming of citrus, (there are about 450 feet of lemon trees), and to the acclimatization of tropical and subtropical plants.

Contrary to its name, Menton's famous lemon grove is not limited to the city's emblematic fruit!
Situated in the hills, sheltered from the wind and facing the rising sun, the estate owes its exuberant richness to the region's unique climate. Conditions are particularly conducive to the blossoming of citrus fruits and the many tropical and subtropical species that have been introduced. The Citronneraie boasts an exceptional collection of grapefruit, orange, kumquat and mandarin trees, as well as citron, citrus and combavas... In all, more than 800 species of plants lend an exotic touch to these skilfully landscaped gardens. An oasis of flowers and fragrances for a poetic interlude.
