Description

This former hotel de Glandèves, class historical monument, dates from the end of the 14th century. By donation of the King René, in the 15th century, it became the property of the powerful family of the Tour de Brau (lou brau, "wild bulls"). Two models reflect the State of the castle of Baux de Provence in the 13th century and the Renaissance. Hotel de la Tour de Brau (entrance to the Castle) recalls the lavish residences that had built the most powerful families of Provence to leases. Inside, the visitor discovers the bass, beautifully furnished room. The warheads of the vaults are decorated with, at the level of the keys, badges armoriés bearing the famous star sixteen points of the family of Baux de Provence. Two models reflect the State of the castle of Baux de Provence in the 13th century and the Renaissance.
