Discover a landscaped garden in the heart of the Alpilles, where aromatic plants, natural heritage and expertise come to life during a sensory and educational walk.

In the heart of the Alpilles Regional Nature Park, in Eygalières, the "Sentiers de l’Abondance" invite visitors to immerse themselves in a 3-hectare estate dedicated to aromatic and medicinal plants, biodiversity and Provençal expertise. The landscaped gardens, dotted with shaded paths and themed gardens, offer a stroll perfect for discovering Mediterranean flora and the region’s landscapes. The site offers self-guided tours, accompanied by an engaging booklet, as well as guided tours where you can learn more about the plants, their uses, cultivation and processing. Throughout the year, workshops, courses and activities centred on botany, basketry, wellbeing and traditional crafts round off the experience. A tasting of the estate’s produce and a shop selling handmade goods provide a pleasant way to round off the visit. To make the most of this break in the heart of nature, the estate also has a holiday cottage, offering the chance to stay on site and fully enjoy the peace and quiet of the unspoilt Alpilles countryside.

More than just ornamental gardens, Les Sentiers de l'Abondance in Eygalières are the fruit of an initiative to promote the plant and agricultural heritage of the Parc naturel régional des Alpilles. Dedicated to awakening the senses, protecting the environment and promoting knowledge, the landscaped gardens at Mas des Bœufs invite visitors to wander among Mediterranean species, aromatic and medicinal plants, following the path of the water.
This aesthetic and educational approach is combined with a desire to preserve know-how and promote the region's riches for their gustatory or curative virtues.
