Description
Church in the hamlet of Mollières
The Church of Mollières, dedicated to Our Lady of Graces, dates back to 1647; a stone embedded in the facade marks this date.
It consists of a single nave with three bays and a choir.
Inside, there is a holy water font on the right as you enter, and paintings adorn the side chapels. Of particular note is the monumental altarpiece, with its carved, painted, or gilded woodwork, and its central painting depicting the Virgin Mary. The decor is in keeping with 17th-century Baroque art.
