Located outside the fortified village, this building was a leprosarium.

The building will then be transformed into a royal foundation hospital until 1665, when another one was built near the Collegial St Pancrace.
It was then sold to the Roubaud family and transformed into an inn.
Many personalities stayed there, including Pauline Borghèse, sister of Napoleon I, who came to take the waters at Gréoux-les-Bains.
