Cellar built in 1921, consisting of a primitive central concrete building, with a main façade under a gable wall, covered with a long-sloped flat tile roof, flanked on either side by 2 side wings with flat roofs. The facade is painted beige with a wine-coloured base and woodwork. Metal frame. Wall corners decorated with quoins and roof supported by brackets.
On the ground floor of the main building, offices on the right and a vat room on the rest of the space, behind a reception and sales room forming a forecourt, covered by a roof terrace with an ironwork balcony accessible from the first floor. Two semi-circles of superimposed tanks are arranged around a central access space, surrounded by a circular corridor around which other tanks are arranged in four arcs, and superimposed.
