Join us for the African Weekend on 18 and 19 April, organised by the Mapa Africa association!
The Mapa Africa association invites you to take part in the African Weekend on 18 and 19 April in Saint-Rémy-de-Pce
On the programme: African dance workshops, percussion sessions, Afrovibe (dance fitness) sessions, free activities for children, an African market and a refreshment stand.
A musical evening with a Senegalese meal (chicken yassa) is also on offer on Saturday evening.
Event open to all, beginners welcome.
SATURDAY 18 APRIL
11am – 1pm | Sorouba dance workshop with Aïda Touré
2pm – 3pm | Afrovibe, dance fitness inspired by African and Afro-descendant dances with Audrey
3pm – 5pm | Sabar dance workshop with Malick Samb
3pm – 5pm | Children’s activities (free)
5pm – 6.30pm | Djembe workshop with Lamine Samb
All day: Refreshments & small African market
