Alpilium : Astrig Siranossian

The doors of the Panthéon opened to the sound of Grounk, the Armenian bird that Astrig Siranossian performed at the vibrant tribute to Manouchian in early 2024. Next April, the virtuoso cellist will offer us an equally intense recital of Duo-Solo, an encounter between popular melodies and a scholarly repertoire that brings the cello and voice into dialogue.

First Prize winner and several times Special Prize winner of the famous K. Astrig Siranossian performs as a soloist with major orchestras and on the world's greatest stages: the Paris Philharmonic, Carnegie Hall in New York, the Vienna Musikverein, the Berlin Philharmonic, the Colon Theatre in Buenos Aires, the Kennedy Center in Washington... Her partners on stage include no less than Daniel Barenboim, Simon Rattle, Martha Argerich and Yo-Yo Ma. Astrig Siranossian is a regular guest on television, and her recordings are unanimously acclaimed by the press.
