- Maximum 35 people per guide.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the appointment time.
- Each additional hour will be charged at €45 per hour per guide (€50 on Sundays - €70 on public holidays).
- A supplement of €20 per guide and per date will be charged if the guide's meal is not provided on site.
- Night tours: After 9.00 pm, please contact us.
- Meeting point and/or end of tour: all the above prices are calculated on the basis of a meeting point in Arles town centre. If this is not the case, an extra charge will be made for transport (minimum €45, rates on request).
- The meeting place can be changed on request at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation within 48 hours or less, or if the group does not show up (1 hour after the scheduled time), the full invoice will be due.

Practical information
Access to Arles Tourist Office via Boulevard des Lices.
For Saturday morning visits, where the meeting point is at the tourist office, please note that the Boulevard des Lices is closed to traffic due to the weekly market.
