Recorded commentaries are strictly forbidden.
In the event of cancellation less than or equal to 4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) or in the event of
no-show (1 hour after the scheduled time), the full invoice will be due.
Each additional hour will be billed at €55 per hour per guide (€65 on Sundays - €82.50 on public holidays).
A supplement of €25 per guide per date will be charged if the guide's meal is not provided on site.

Meeting point and/or end of tour: all above rates are calculated on the basis of a start and end point in downtown Arles.
