It continues with a black diamond hunting session with dogs, followed by a lunch of delicious artisanal products from the Hautes-Alpes: charcuterie made from Gascon black pork from the Ferme de la Palud, and a wine tasting from Villa Costebelle. All accompanied by Tuber Melanosporum truffles dug up and cleaned by you.
Finally, an explanation and practical demonstration of truffle hunting using truffle flies is offered to round off the day.
