Truffles are celebrated all day long with :
CONTINUOUS PROGRAM
- Gourmet stands: sale of fresh truffles by the association's producers, AOC Pertuis potatoes, olive oil, fresh pasta and Provencal cookies.
- Bookshop stand: sale of books on truffles and gastronomy by Librairie Montfort, with signing of Jean-Marie Rocchia's book.
- Photo exhibitions: "Les truffières du Vaucluse" and "La cuisine de la truffe".
- Tombola organized by the Vaucluse truffle-growers' union, with a truffle to be won, a meal for two at Lum La Table restaurant, etc.
- Entertainment by Gérard Luc and Gilbert Chiron.

. 10am: "Truffles and their cuisine" conference
. 10:30 am: official inauguration
. 11am: truffle-hunting demonstration
. 11:15am: cooking demonstration by chef Jean Padilla
. 12pm to 3pm: lunch with truffle brouillade
. 3pm: cooking demonstration by chef Christophe Wernet
. 4pm: cavage demonstration
. 5pm: "Truffles and their cuisine" conference
. 6pm: closing ceremony.
