You have a baker's soul? Then come and take part in the kneading, shaping and baking of bread in the Brunissard oven, under the prosecutor's tower.
We invite you to join us from 8.30pm on Saturday for the kneading session at the fruitière.
Sunday: 5 a.m. dough preparation (yes, a baker gets up early!), 7 a.m. baking, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (2 batches) sale of bread.
