A 14-kilometre route between Carro and Carry-le-Rouet, with just 150 metres of ascent. Ride along the coastline and seafront to take in the sights. A walking race organised by the Carry 5 club.

There will be four refreshment points:
- The first at the start
- The second at km 5.5 on the Tamaris harbour
- The third at km 10 in the port of Sausset-les-Pins
- The fourth at the finish in the port of Carry-le-Rouet.

Time barrier :
- Passage to the second feed station (km 5.5) in less than an hour,
- Passage to the third feed station (km 10) in less than one hour 45'.
- Cross the finish line in under 2h15'.

Security and transport of bags from Carro to Carry.
Shuttle buses between Carry and Carro from 7.15am until 8.30am. No return.
Number collection at KMS Carro - Carry. Race numbers will be fitted with a microchip and a flash code so that results can be collected at the finish.
