Every year in autumn, at chestnut harvest time, Collobrières becomes the chestnut capital of the Var. The Fêtes de la Châtaigne, the village's flagship event, is back for three festive Sundays on 11, 18 and 25 October 2026!
Local artisans, producers, artists and enthusiasts will be on hand to help you discover authentic know-how, exceptional products and living traditions, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

PRATICAL INFORMATION (info 2025)
- Car parks are available at the entrances to the village (cost: €2/vehicle).
- If you are arriving from Pierrefeu-du-Var, La Londe-les-Maures or Bormes les Mimosas, shuttle buses run from the West Car Park. A footpath from the car park will take you to the village.
- Vehicles and bicycles are prohibited from entering the village for the duration of the event.
- A dedicated bus park is available on the west side of the village. Reservations for buses must be made with the town hall: 04 94 13 83 83.
- The east and west side car parks are accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM)
- Motor home car park: Car park opposite the stadium car park. There is no access on the day via the D39, D41 and D14 Collobrières-Grimaud, so it is advisable to arrive the day before the event. On the day of the Fêtes de la châtaigne, it is not possible to leave the motorhome area before 8pm.
- Access control is carried out at the entrances to the village (search and pat-down).
- The presence of pushchairs and animals (especially dogs) is strongly discouraged.
- Make sure you have enough fuel or battery power to get around.
- Bring cash, as the village has only one cash dispenser.

Parking / €2 per vehicle
- East side: Stade car park
- West side: Clos Père Louis intersection car park, shuttles to the village entrance OR pedestrian access via Chemin Godissard. Last shuttles back from the village at 7pm.
Please ensure you have enough fuel or an electric battery to get to Collobrières.
Groups:
Reserve a bus space in the Notre Dame car park. Bookings can be made at the Town Hall reception desk.
PMR: Parking Notre Dame reserved for PRMs (access only from the D14 on the east side).
Parking Camping-car:
Parking opposite the Stadium car park. Only one access on the day: Route de Grimaud on the east side. It is advisable to arrive the day before the event.
Bicycles:
Bicycle traffic prohibited. No cycle parking available in the village.
Dogs:
Strongly discouraged during the event.
Pushchairs :
We strongly advise against this during the event. Please bring a baby carrier.
Weekly market:
Cancelled on Sunday morning. Postponed to Saturdays 11, 18 and 25 October from 3pm to 6.30pm on the Place de la Libération.
