As part of its 60th anniversary celebrations, La Capou is celebrating with aïoli! and is organising a day "Comme au cabanon".
The town of Martigues and La Capouliero are inviting you to a major aïoli competition at the Maison pour Tous in Saint-Julien Les Martigues.

- At 11am: try your hand at making an aioli and take part in the competition,
- At 12 noon: an aioli will be served under the plane trees.
- In the afternoon, you can sing and play boules (don't forget to bring your own).

Places are limited. Please register with La Capouliero.
Pestles, mortars and all the ingredients will be available.
Come one, come all, if only to encourage the candidates and have a good time!
