The brass quintet Q5 invites you on a musical journey with the rich sounds of brass, exploring a repertoire full of history and surprises. Enjoy unique, warm instruments performing emblematic pieces from the brass quintet repertoire.

Q5 is a young international ensemble founded in 2019 in Floresti, Romania. Its musicians aim to promote the repertoire and distinctive sound of the brass quintet. Their underlying goal is to introduce the brass family to the general public and to combine multiple musical styles within a single concert, raising awareness of so-called classical music. All of its members come from prestigious conservatories and uphold the highest standards of skill, discipline, and excellence. After closing the 800th Anniversary Festival of the Notre Dame du Réal Cathedral in Embrun in August 2025, the Q5 brass quintet is returning to the region. An educational and original format.
