No Mundo is an experience to be lived. Choreographed by Frank Micheletti, this creation comprises eight wandering performances. Eight moments of collective energy converge on a dancefloor, bringing together artists and audience.
For thirty years, the Kubilai Khan investigations company has been exploring our changing worlds, and the profound links between man and nature. Convinced that nothing separates them, No Mundo denies nothing. In Portuguese, this expression literally means "In this world", affirming a living, committed presence. To embody this idea, dancers and musicians imagine the two loops of the eight (∞) as a spiral circulation where contemporary dance, hip-hop, traditional gestures, percussion and Afrodescendant music mingle.
As you make your way through the gardens of Châteauvallon, the Théâtre couvert or the Amphithéâtre, you'll discover several of these choreographies made of circles, ellipses and infinite loops, carried by light effects and an immersive soundtrack. Each one celebrates the diversity that surrounds us, taking spectators on a wild ride and inviting them to share the dance floor for a festive finale.
